 The personal information you entered into the form will not be shared with any organization or project without your written authorization.

You must deliver your entries for full registration on November 6, between hours of 8 AM and 4 PM to the Sandy Senior Center, 9310 South 1300 East, Sandy 84094

An nonrefundable entry fee of $15  (cash or check payable to the Sandy Arts Guild) must accompany each entry. All entries selected for exhibit and those that are sold at the exhibit must remain on exhibit until noon, November 14, 2009. If work is sold, the buyer must contract directly with the exhibitor. Payment of sales tax is the personal responsibility of the exhibitor. The City will not retain any sales commission.
